Abigrace has 17 years of training in classical ballet, contemporary and modern dance, jazz, tap and hip-hop. She was trained for 15 years at Gwinnett Ballet Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia; 13 years under the direction of Lisa Sheppard Robson, and the last 3 years under Wade Walthall (Principal Dancer Dutch National Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet). During this period at Gwinnett Ballet she trained daily under former dancers from ABT, National Ballet of Canada, Miami City Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, Joffrey Ballet and North Carolina Dance Theatre. Abigrace is currently in her second year of instruction in classical ballet and contemporary dance at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts studying under the direction of Susan Jaffe, Jared Redick, Jennet Zerbe, Nina Danilova, Mikhail Tchoupakov and others. She has performed principal roles of Cinderella, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Sugar Plum Fairy, Snow Queen, Arabian, Variation #5 of “Birthday Offering”, Soloist in “Napoli Act III” and various contemporary repertories; as well as numerous Corps de Ballet roles in many ballets, contemporary pieces.
