Meredith Clemons began studying ballet at age five in her hometown. Discovering modern in high school led her to decide to pursue dance with a performance concentration at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. At Muhlenberg, Meredith has experienced a great eye opening to the world of dance and she has been inspired to reach beyond her limits and continue exploring dance in all of its forms. She is consistently amazed by the body's expressive capacity and by dance's power to engage audiences emotionally and intellectually. "Pass" was constructed by Meredith's close friend Meredith Stapleton using a series of improvisations that the two had recorded. Meredith plans to dance professionally and hopes to work with dancers and choreographers who push her to new extremes. Meredith is honored to have been chosen as an October 2014 Judges’ Choice Award winner and extends sincere thanks to TheWorldDances.com and Harlequin Floors for being selected.
